My 26th Year

       

 April 3rd is my 26th birthday. We celebrated it in my grandma's house with our family including my Philip. We both planned this celebration and Philip did make a budget for this day. We decided to have a 1 day leave from work just for us to prepare the food for dinner with my family.

            Philip and I went first to the market to buy all recipes we need for cooking. I was very glad that Philip still had the energy inspite of working overnight the day before my birthday. Actually he hasn't sleep yet for 24 hours. After work, he went straight to our house early in the morning to wake and pick me up. We went to the church first and light 3 candles for thanks giving, then to the market.

After we had all we need, we went straight to lola's house to start cooking.

My partner was there all day helping me with the chicken meat, vegetables and spices. My sister and aunt also enjoyed cooking the spaghetti and macarroni outside. 

With the help of my cousins, we finished preparing on time.

          

           We had a beautiful dinner with my family. My grandmother and grandfather was there, both mama and papa was there too. My brother and my sister was there with my sisters kids and her husband as well as my uncles and aunts wer there too.

We started our dinner with a prayer held by my cousin, then followed by blowing the cake candle. Hmmmm... that's always our tradition and all though childish, we still love to do it every after happy birthday song.

Ice cream Time!!!

We had a lot of fun the time we ate Ice cream. My entire celebration will actually never be complete without ice cream and when ice cream covers opened, fun with ice cream boodle fight begins.

Maybe you would assume that Philip spend money for all these, well, not all actually, only the viands and others were gifts from my aunts and from my parents.

During my birthday. I could be the happiest person on earth. Thanks to my family, especially my parents and to thanks to my most dear, my Philip.
